Will anything change with my current reservation that was booked with Vacasa/Casago?
Your reservation, property, dates and policies will not change. Your reservation remains as you booked it.
Does my pricing change? Are there any additional costs or fees?
No. Your reservation will not have any additional costs or changes in pricing as long as you do not initiate any changes to your reservation. Changes from the original reservation are subject to changes in pricing. Examples may include: adding nights, changing dates, or adding a dog to a pet friendly unit.
When will I see more reservation specific information from VueStay by Casago?
Beginning May 1st, 2026 you’ll see all future reservation information coming from VueStay Vacations. Our primary email address for guest communications is: guests@vuestay.com
Will any of the amenities in the property I reserved change?
No. All amenities that were listed when you booked your upcoming reservation will remain the same.
My original reservation includes my dog. Is he/she still allowed?
Yes, if your original reservation allowed your dog, he/she is still welcome with you.
If I prepaid for amenity passes, parking, etc. will that carry over to VueStay Vacations?
Yes, you’ll still receive anything already charged and paid for.
I paid for travel insurance with my booking. Am I still covered by that policy?
Yes, any purchased travel policies are still in effect for your stay. For questions about specific coverages please reach out to the specific carrier.
Why has VueStay Vacations become the new host for this portfolio from Vacasa/Casago?
Vuestay Vacations is a local host with a hospitality focused team. This team consists of the same people who have supported your stays in our local markets already and look forward to welcoming you again. Our plan is to strengthen our guest and owner relationships while providing a more attentive experience.
Who is VueStay Vacations?
VueStay Vacations is a premier vacation rental partner who will be the new host for over 4,500 units spanning portions of 8 states. Our team is composed of people in our local markets who work to ensure memorable experiences. Vuestay Vacations is a part of the Casago franchisee network and is dedicated to premium hospitality.
When is this happening?
All stays from May 1st, 2026 will be managed by VueStay Vacations by Casago. But as stated above, your existing reservation will stay as booked. There will be no changes to your reservation, property, dates or policies.
