What has always stayed the same, however, is the impact we have on people, from helping homeowners realize the full potential of their investments to creating memorable experiences for guests and their families. Today, as President at VueStay Vacations, I remain energized by the opportunity to drive performance, support our teams, and help lead the organization through continued growth.
What I enjoy most about this industry is the people. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities to innovate, and the chance to mentor and develop leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. Seeing teams succeed, markets grow, and homeowners thrive is incredibly rewarding. My background spans every facet of operations — from front desk and guest services to reservations, revenue management, owner acquisition and retention, property care, and vendor partnerships. That hands-on experience allows me to see the full picture and ensure every detail works together seamlessly.
