Main-Level Living Room Step inside to a welcoming living area featuring comfortable furnishings, warm mountain charm, and beautiful surroundings. Gather around the gas fireplace on the inviting sofa or one of three armchairs, perfect for conversation, reading, or unwinding after a day exploring the mountains. Large windows invite natural light inside while showcasing the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Lower-Level Game Room & Entertainment Area Head downstairs for fun and relaxation in the spacious game room. Main Level – Primary Suite The main-level primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. A separate half bathroom is conveniently located near the kitchen entrance. Upper Level – Bedroom & Open Loft The upper level features a bedroom furnished with one queen bed and one twin bed. The open loft includes a comfortable sitting area and an additional sleeping space with two twin beds separated by a privacy screen. Please note that the loft sleeping area is not a fully enclosed bedroom. The upper-level bedroom and loft share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Lower Level – Additional Sleeping & Entertainment Space The lower-level game room and living area provide additional sleeping accommodations with one queen bed and two twin beds. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this level, offering added convenience for guests enjoying the downstairs accommodations. THINGS TO KNOW -Seasonal Fireplace Use: The living room gas fireplace is not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day. -Parking: Driveway parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles. -Sleeping Arrangements: Some sleeping accommodations are located in open loft and shared living spaces rather than private, enclosed bedrooms. Please review the sleeping arrangements to ensure they meet your group's needs. -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet Hours: A local noise ordinance is in effect daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must keep noise to a minimum during these hours, including on the decks, patios, and other outdoor areas. This property is best suited for guests seeking a peaceful mountain retreat rather than late-night outdoor gatherings. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. -All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items.
