Located just steps from one another, these inviting cabins comfortably accommodate up to seven guests, making them an ideal getaway for families, couples traveling together, or small groups seeking a relaxing mountain escape. Enjoy the best of both worlds with shared spaces for gathering and creating memories, along with the added privacy of two separate cabins. THE MAIN CABIN Step inside the main cabin and immediately feel welcomed by warm wood finishes, rustic details, and a cozy atmosphere that invites you to settle in and unwind. The comfortable living area features a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for gathering on cooler mountain evenings. Relax with a good book, enjoy conversation with family and friends, or spend a leisurely evening playing board games and cards. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, whether you're making a hearty breakfast before a day of exploring or enjoying a home-cooked dinner after an outdoor adventure. Sleeping Arrangements – Main Cabin -Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with access to the cabin's only full bathroom. -Second Bedroom: Twin-over-queen bunk bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. Important Bathroom Information: The main cabin has ONE full bathroom, and it is accessible ONLY through the primary queen bedroom. Guests staying in the bunk bedroom or using the common living areas must walk through the primary bedroom to access the bathroom. There is no separate hallway or common-area bathroom in the main cabin. THE SECOND CABIN/STUDIO Just steps from the main cabin, the second cabin provides a cozy studio-style retreat with its own living and sleeping space. This charming cabin is ideal for guests who appreciate a little extra privacy while remaining close to the rest of the group. STUDIO CABIN features: -Comfortable queen bed -Electric fireplace for added warmth and ambiance -Convenient kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator -Private full bathroom With its own bathroom and kitchenette, the second cabin offers a comfortable, self-contained space for couples, grandparents, or additional guests. OUTDOOR LIVING Step outside and embrace the peaceful surroundings of this mountain retreat. Spend your days enjoying the fresh mountain air, exploring the beautiful natural landscape, or simply relaxing away from the demands of everyday life. THINGS TO KNOW - Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. - Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. - Neither cabin has central AC. The main cabin has a mini-split unit in the living room and another in the queen bedroom. The secondary cabin has a window A/C unit. Their are fans throughout the home and 4 ceiling fans- 3 in the main cabin (living room, bunk room, and kitchen) 1 in the secondary cabin. - No ice maker, please plan accordingly. - A Pack-N-Play is available at the property. - Streaming options only with guest credentials no cable. - HOA prohibits trailers, equipment or large trucks at the property. - All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap - This property is managed by VueStay Vacations.
