Things to know: Building Improvement Notice (Phase 2): As of October 12, Phase 2 exterior building maintenance is slated to begin in the near future for approximately 120 days. Work is strictly confined to building breezeways and front exterior common areas. Interior condo space, balconies, and amenities should remain completely unaffected.
