The updated kitchen includes a new refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove, while heated bathroom floors and refreshed lighting add an extra touch of comfort. The bedroom offers ocean views, a memory foam mattress, a large Smart TV, and a dedicated desk for remote work. A Murphy wall bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, and two full bathrooms make sharing the space easier. Things To Know: • Check-in: 4:00 p.m. | Check-out: 10:00 a.m. • Sleeping arrangements: The bedroom features a comfortable memory foam mattress, and the main living area includes a queen-size Murphy bed concealed in a pull-down cabinet. • Bathroom comfort: The primary bathroom features heated flooring for added comfort, especially on cooler coastal mornings. • Coastal weather: Oregon Coast weather varies by season, with mild summers, cool and often rainy winters, and changing temperatures throughout the year. Layers and a waterproof jacket are recommended so you can enjoy the beach and nearby trails in a variety of conditions. • Air-conditioning: The condo does not have air-conditioning. Ceiling fans are installed for air circulation. • Good Neighbor Policy: Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and refrain from illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. • Smoking: Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on the premises. • Winter King Tides: During forecasted winter King Tides, protective plywood boards may be placed over the windows to help safeguard the home from extreme coastal conditions.
